Japanese Udon Noodles

Description:
Cooking Directions: Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart boiling water. Return to a boil; cook about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. To Serve cold: Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well. Serve with Udon dipping sauce; garnish with chopped green onions & tops and grated fresh ginger root, as desired. To Serve warm: Drain well. Serve with hot soup base, and garnish with chopped green onions & top, as desired. Makes about 2 servings.
